I would really encourage anyone who is considering hiring the NeurOptimal System to go ahead and do so if you're wanting to see positive changes in your life. I hired a system for an extended period of time and the results actually exceeded my expectations.
Personally I believe NeurOptimal Training is something everyone could benefit from. I've noticed very positive changes since using the NeurOptimal system. I'm definitely less stressed, and am coping with my current "life" challenges a lot better than previously. I am looking Forward to seeing further improvements as time passes.
Paul is amazingly helpful. He is always there to troubleshoot and answer any questions you may have. He also reaches out from time to time to make sure your training is going smoothly. He is extremely honest and won't encourage you to continue training if he thinks you've completed an adequate number of sessions which really impressed me.
Paul provides an extremely prompt service. After my initial enquiry, he got a system out to me within the week once I decided to go ahead. The instructions to use the system are extremely clear and easy to follow. Plus if you're confused at all, Paul is only a text message away. The system is packaged methodically, which makes it so easy to set up and use.
I couldn't rate this company higher. Excellent all around service plus an amazing training system.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Every brain responds differently, and we can't guarantee specific results — no one honestly can. What we can tell you is that most clients notice sleep improvements within the first two weeks, and changes build from there. We check in regularly throughout your rental to make sure things are tracking well, and we'll give you honest feedback about what we're seeing.
What happens after I book a call?
You'll get a call at the time you picked. Most people use it to talk through what they're working on, ask any questions about NeurOptimal®, and find out which rental plan fits. No pressure to rent at the end.
Will it actually be Paul on the call, or a sales rep?
Yes, it will be Paul from Peak Neuro on the call. Peak Neuro is a small Australian operation based in Richmond, Victoria, so you won’t be speaking with a generic sales rep. You’ll be having a real conversation with Paul, who knows the device, the rental process, and how people are using it personally.
Can I reschedule if something comes up?
Yes, easily. Your booking confirmation email has a reschedule link you can use any time. For last-minute changes, the phone number and email at the bottom of this page work too.
How fast will I hear back if I send a message instead?
Most messages get a reply within one business day, often the same day if it's during the week. For anything time-sensitive, the phone number at the bottom of this page is the fastest path.
