What if it doesn't work for me?
Every brain responds differently, and we can't guarantee specific results — no one honestly can. What we can tell you is that most clients notice sleep improvements within the first two weeks, and changes build from there. We check in regularly throughout your rental to make sure things are tracking well, and we'll give you honest feedback about what we're seeing.
Is it hard to set up at home?
Not at all. We walk you through the full setup on a video call before your first session. The sensors clip on, you apply a small amount of paste, press play and done. Most people are comfortable doing it independently after the first session. And Paul's always a text away if you get stuck.
Can the whole family use one rental?
Yes, that's one of the best things about renting. Our Family plans include unlimited sessions, so everyone in your household can train. Parents, teenagers, children aged 5+. One system, no extra cost per person.
How does returning the system work?
Pack it back in the box it arrived in, use the included return label, and drop it at your nearest post office. Shipping is covered in your $70 shipping fee. If you want to keep going, just let us know and we'll extend your rental.
What if something gets damaged?
We get it, real homes, real life. Contact us straight away if anything happens and we'll sort it out together. Shipping insurance covers transit damage. We just ask that you take reasonable care of the equipment between sessions.
Why rent instead of going to a clinic?
Clinic-based neurofeedback costs $80–$150 per session, usually once a week. With a Peak Neuro rental, you're paying as little as $17 per session, you can train daily, the whole family can use it, and you never have to leave your couch. For most people, renting is the most practical and affordable way to access neurofeedback.
