• Direct phone, text, and email support 7 days a week

How it works:

1. Order online and we'll send your kit out
2. Set up at home with the included guide, or walk through it with Paul on a quick call
3. Run unlimited sessions any time during your two months
4. Return the kit at the end, or extend if you want more time

What to expect:

The first month tends to be about settling in and noticing early changes, usually sleep and a calmer baseline. The second month is where deeper shifts often happen: focus, emotional regulation, the feeling of being more "yourself" again.
