Individual Plan, 1 Month NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback Rental

This is the entry plan, designed for one person who wants to try NeurOptimal® neurofeedback at home and see what it does for them. You'll have the device for one month, with 15 sessions to use across that period. Each session is 33 minutes. You sit back, listen to music through the included wired headphones, and let your brain do the rest. No homework, no medication.

Best for: Single users wanting to try neurofeedback for sleep, focus, anxiety, recovery, or general mental performance. If you're new to neurofeedback and want to test it on yourself first, start here.

This plan includes:

• 15 x 33-minute sessions to use across your month
• Extra sessions if you want them, at $45 per session
• A $300 rebate toward a NeurOptimal® system if you decide to buy one after your rental
• Wired headphones included

Personal support included:

• A free phone or video setup walkthrough with Paul before your first session
• Direct phone, text, and email support 7 days a week
• Honest expectations and check-ins through your rental, not just at the start

How it works:

1. Order online and we'll send your kit out
2. Set up at home with the included guide, or walk through it with Paul on a quick call
3. Run your sessions any time during the month
4. Return the kit at the end, or extend / upgrade if you want more time

What to expect:

Most clients notice changes within their first handful of sessions. Sleep tends to shift first, then focus, then a calmer baseline through the day. Everyone responds differently, and Paul will set honest expectations for your situation during your setup call.
